Alicia Keys and David Byrne are among the acts set to take the stage at Keep A Child Alive's 11th annual Black Ball event, a yearly gala that offers first-time musical collaborations. This year's edition will take place on Oct. 30 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, Billboard reports.

"I've always been inspired by David Byrne and his ability to combine music and art, so getting the opportunity to perform with him at this year's Black Ball is such an honor," Keys said in a press statement. "David and I have been talking about his new music and what we're going to perform and just the thought of it is amazing!"

Keys is Keep A Child Alive's co-founder and event host. The organization provides HIV treatment to children who became orphaned due to AIDS.

"Many many years ago my friend Leigh Blake, co-founder of Keep a Child Alive, approached me about being part of a charity record called Red Hot & Blue," says Byrne, the former frontman of Talking Heads. "It was a great experience, and it had the side effect of opening my ears to the music of Cole Porter! So, when she approached me about participating in this year's Black Ball, Keep a Child Alive's annual fundraiser hosted by Alicia Keys, I immediately said yes. I'm flattered and excited."

Angel Haze is also set to perform at this year's Black Ball gala. Previous events have included performances with Jay Z, Adele, David Bowie, and more.

Tickets for the Black Ball are on sale now. For more information, head to keepachildalive.org.
