Rihanna is back on Instagram, and everything's all right with the world.

According to Billboard, the "Stay" singer's account was reactivated yesterday, Nov. 1, and Rihanna has been posting ever since. Her first photo in six months was a fun, upside-down shot accompanied by "Hellurrr #badgalback."

Rihanna was suspended from the social networking website in May following some racy pictures of herself, but she did her penance and made up with Instagram, the basis for her second post.

Last month, a Roc Nation memo with information on Rihanna's upcoming album was leaked, giving fans a glimpse at what the artist might have up her sleeves in the near future. The follow-up to 2012's Unapologetic will be 14 tracks long and feature Drake, Nicki Minaj and Big Sean. The memo has a release date set for Nov. 25.

In June, the singer was named in a lawsuit that claimed she plagiarized the 2010 video for "Rockstar 101." James Clar believes Rihanna stole a concept from his 2006 video for "You & Me" in which he uses neon tubes to light up the words in the song's title.

Clar said Rihanna did the same thing for "rock" and "star" in her video. Clar is looking to get about $6.64 million from the lawsuit, which he filed in France because the country has tougher rules for plagiarism than the United States.

Rihanna was also sued in 2007 by David LaChappelle for her "S&M" video. The pair settled out of court.
