Carrie Underwood is following up her hosting gig at last night's Country Music Association Awards with a new inspirational music video. Following her hosting stint and live performance, Underwood premiered the music video for her new single "Something in the Water."

The clip plays on the water theme of baptism. A visibly pregnant Underwood stands in the middle of a spacious studio with a floor covered by a shallow pool of water. Wearing a variety of gowns and even a raincoat at one point, a glowing Underwood sings her modern gospel anthem, selling the emotion and message of the song through meaningful hand movements and a concentrated look on her face.

All while Underwood is singing passively, interpretive and lyrical dancers surround her. Wearing complimentary nude and grey flowing fabrics, the dancers mimic the action of baptism, splash water and throw themselves throughout the studio.

"Something in the Water" is the lead single and a new track from Underwood's upcoming best-of album, Greatest Hits: Decade #1. The compilation record, which will be released on Dec. 9, will feature "Something in the Water" and another new track, "Little Toy Guns."
