Brooklyn rapper Joey Bada$$ has shared the music video for his latest single "No. 99," which you can check out below. The Rik Cordero-directed clip is styled as a news broadcast — on "BNN," or "Brooklyn News Network" — about a mysterious vigilante named "Badmon" rising up against authority in Brooklyn, and is particularly relevant in the aftermath of the Mike Brown and Eric Garner cases. A photo of Brown is even shown in the video's intro, along with a photo of Trayvon Martin.

The video is dedicated to Joey's cousin and collaborator Junior B, who died this past weekend just shy of his 25th birthday, which would have been yesterday, Dec. 8.
