Nick Jonas may be a little past his kid-friendly days. The former Jonas Brother has reinvented himself as a sultry R&B star with his hit single "Jealous," not to mention all those scandalous photos he's released over the last year. But, he's still that moppy-haired JoBro at heart. Yesterday (Feb. 10), the "Chains" singer announced that he will be hosting the 2015 Kids Choice Awards on Nickelodeon.

Jonas started off the day with a string of teasers on Twitter, asking his 9.1 million followers what he, Cameron Diaz, Will Smith and Jack Black all had in common.

Though it seemed like the answer may have been blending together a career in music and acting, the real reveal was announced hours later: Jonas will be bringing his youthful energy to the world of slime this march by acting as the latest host of the Kids Choice Awards. Jonas announced the hosting gig by singing "Nick" over and over again. And, no, it wasn't his name - it was for Nickelodeon.

The 2015 Kids Choice Awards are set to take place on March 28.

Jonas is no stranger to the Kids Choice Awards. Though this year will mark his first time as the host, he and his brothers won Favorite Music Group in 2008 and 2009 as the Jonas Brothers. Nick and the Jonas Brothers also have four other nominations in the award show's history.

He'd just better get ready for all that slime!
