Rap fans had better get ready because Tyga and Kanye West are in the studio together. Less than a month after the release of his mixtape Well Done 4, the "Wait For A Minute" rapper is working on new music with Yeezus himself.
In Instagram and Twitter postings that have since been deleted, Tyga showed off a black and white snapshot of himself and West writing and recording new music in an unnamed studio.
"Raww x Yeezus," the simple message said, according to Rap-Up, alongside a photo (seen above).
The collaboration, which may be a surprise to some due to West's G.O.O.D. Music company and Tyga's Cash Money allegiance, but the two rappers and their girlfriends are known friends, spending time in Las Vegas together and even snapping selfies for Instagram.
It has yet to be confirmed what project Tyga and West are in the studio working on, as both rappers have teased new albums for 2014. West announced that Yeezus would receive a full sequel this year, and Tyga promised his fourth album The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty for 2014.
It's also unknown why Tyga removed his posts from social media.
However, it is most likely that the two megastars are working on Tyga's new release. Led by single "Wait For A Minute" (feat. Justin Bieber), he teased that the album would be "way less commercial" in an interview with XXL, something that West is quite familiar with.
