Fans of Adam Levine and The Voice won't just have one reality show starring the Maroon 5 frontman, if he and NBC have their way. The "Sugar" singer is reportedly shopping around a second music-themed reality show to his network... and this time he's focusing on the songwriter.

Levine and The Voice executive producer Audrey Morrissey as well as songwriter Dave Stewart (of the Eurythmics) are developing a pilot for NBC called Songland, according to Billboard.

The show will distinguish itself from other musical shows (The Voice, American Idol) by focusing on the songwriter. Songland is teased as giving the everyday person with a story to tell the opportunity to pitch their song idea. Of course, these won't be "everyday" everyday people. Expect sob stories and crazy journeys, as these Johns and Janes all have "compelling stories."

The contestants will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to some of the biggest producers and artists in the game.

Levine won't just be a figurehead for Songland, he's being tagged as an executive producer on the show alongside Morrissey, Stewar, Ivan Dudynsky and Jordan Feldstein.

The Maroon 5 frontman has made a name for himself on television, starring on The Voice as a coach for eight seasons and winning twice. He also guest starred on American Horror Story.

No word yet on when the new TV show will debut, or it will even extend past the pilot stage. But, be sure, you haven't heard the last from Levine on TV.
