Lee Brice recently announced a short college tour that begins at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, April 8 and ends at the University of New Hampshire in Durham May 2. The singer is touring in support of his September release I Don't Dance. The new dates are surrounded by a slew of other shows including Virginia Beach's Patriotic Festival May 29, Columbus's Buckeye Country Superfest and Harrington's Delaware Junction Festival.

According to Taste of Country, Brice teamed up with REVERB for the tour. The non-profit organization brings together musicians and colleges in an effort to create environmental change.

"We're hoping to offset the environmental impact of the tour by supporting clean energy projects and using buses and trucks fueled with locally produced biodiesel," Brice said. "I have two sons and I look at this as investing in their future and that of kids around the world."

The April 11 date at Clemson University will be a special show for Brice. The singer's younger brother, Lewis Brice, will open for him along with Natalie Stovali and The Drive. The duo last paired up for Lee's "I Drive Your Truck" music video. Lewis played the protagonist in the video.

"It became a personal song to me the very first time that I heard it, and I thought about my granddaddy, and what I would like to do with the video," Lee told ToC. "Since it was so personal to me, I asked my brother to be the actual actor, the 'star' of the video. He did an amazing job on it, and I have a feeling that people are just going to be really moved by it."
