A$AP Rocky recently gave a lecture at London's St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel for Red Bull Music Academy's UK tour. In the clip, Rocky (born Rakim Mayers) talks about the story behind his name, his relationship with the London music scene, the artists he looks up to, his recently deceased friend and mentor A$AP Yams, and what fans can expect on his upcoming record At.Long.Last.A$AP. Early in the interview, Rocky's idol Mos Def joined him to talk about their relationship and Rocky's progression as an artist.

At. Long. Last. A$AP or A.L.L.A is slated for a May 12 release. Rocky dropped his latest single "M's" earlier this month and new material has slowly been surfacing from the Harlem rapper over the past few months. He unveiled the music video for his single "Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2" earlier in the year and dropped "Multiply" late last year.

The album was recorded at both Red Bull Studios in London and at Sound Factory in Los Angeles. The full LP will feature the likes of Lykke Li, FKA Twigs, Pimp C, Juicy J, Clams Casino and potentially others. A$AP Yams, who died of an accidental drug overdose, will be listed as an executive producer on the album alongside Danger Mouse, Juicy J and more.
