All day, the music world has been buzzing about news of pop star Justin Bieber's arrest in Miami Beach for drag racing through pedestrian streets and driving under the influence. Now, new details about the "All That Matters" singer's arrest have emerged, courtesy of the Miami Beach Police Department, which has released Bieber's arrest report on its official Twiter.

According to the three-page report, Miami Beach Office Medina arrested Bieber at 4:19 a.m. after observing a yellow Lamborghini and red Lamborghini going nearly twice the speed limit in a 30 mph residential zone. The officer noted that black Cadillac SUVs were traveling at 10 mph behind and in front of the speedy vehicles, as if to block off traffic.

The officers pulled Bieber over at a traffic stop and approached Bieber in the yellow car. Upon being pulled over, Bieber asked the cop "Why did you stop me?" while emitting a strong alcoholic odor from hit breath and having bloodshot eyes. "The driver had slow deliberate movements and a stuper [sic] look on his face," the police report stated.

Bieber exited the vehicle and asked "Why the f--- are you doing this?" with his hands in his pocket, making Officer Medina worry that he had either weapons or "contraband" on his person. The officer then ordered Bieber to put his hands on the vehicle for a pat down, and he resisted asking, "What the f--- did I do? Why did you stop me?" Eventually, Bieber complied to the patdown but not for long.

"I ain't got no f---ing weapons. Why do you have to search me? What the f--- is this about?" Bieber asked, leading to the officer to grab his right hand and make movements toward an arrest, which Bieber further resisted while saying "What the f--- are you doing?"

Bieber was eventually officially charged with resisting arrest without violence, DUI and driving on an expired license.
