Kris Jenner is Trying to Convince Selena Gomez to Do Her Own Reality Show

Selena Gomez has to be one of the busiest starlets in young Hollywood right now. She has two movies set for release later this year and then two more coming in 2016. Plus there's that labor of love that she has been working on for quite awhile now, her fourth studio album. While her schedule seems to be booked pretty solid, everyone's favorite momager, Kris Jenner, has been trying to persuade Gomez to take on another project: her own reality show!

According to an exclusive report by Hollywood Life, "Kris did approach Selena about working together. She threw out a number of ideas including getting Selena involved in a reality show. Kris wants to work with young, talented people and thinks she could help Selena boost her career. Selena respects Kris so she listened to her, but as of now she's not interested. Selena has her sights set on one day winning an Oscar and a Grammy so a reality TV show would not be the right move for her now," explains an insider.

First of all, it's really interesting that Gomez has managed to maintain a good relationship with Jenner in spite of her friendship with Kendall Jenner falling apart months ago. It shows that when there is money to be made, Kris really doesn't care what her daughters might think! Gomez likely was more than willing to listen to whatever her suggestions were because Kris has managed to make all of her kids relevant in the world of pop culture for an extended period of time.
