If you have show that may or may not get a second season, it's best to get Miley Cyrus in your camp. Over the Memorial Day weekend, the "Tiger Dreams" singer tweeted out her love for the Netflix program Grace & Frankie, and shortly after, the streaming service announced that the Jane Fonda/Lily Tomlin show has been renewed for a second season.

In a statement to Vulture, Grace & Frankie co-creator Marta Kauffman said that the popular program has been picked up for another set of episodes, and it may or may not be thanks to Cyrus.

"Let me say, it's so awesome to do a show on Netflix," Kauffman said in a statement. "Because two and a half weeks after we launched, Miley Cyrus does a tweet about your show, and they call and say, 'We'd like to do a season two.' So yes, there is a season two. We have Ted [Sarandos] and Miley to thank."

The Cyrus connection comes from a tweet the pop star sent in the wee hours of the morning on Monday (May 25), where she admitted that the new sitcom had her on a streaming "bender."

For those not in the know, Grace & Frankie premiered on Netflix on May 8. The show tells the story of two 70-something couples, played by Fonda and Martin Sheen and Tomlin and Sam Waterson. In a twist in their lives, Sheen and Waterson's characters admit that they have been having an affair for 20 years and are leaving their wives to spend the rest of their lives together and get married. The show then follows the adventures of Fonda and Tomlin as they navigate their new life.
