Amidst rumors swirling surrounding his relationship status with Nicki Minaj by largely uninformed commenters online, Meek Mill has been looking forward to the release of his new artist album, Dreams Worth More Than Money. He has released a single, "Check," potentially from the album that will get fans very excited for the upcoming #MeekSeason that the Philadelphia rapper has been teasing for the past month.

Mill makes the most of a big, trap heavy and haunting production from Metro Boomin' and Southside that will make this an instant hit on hip-hop radio. Even Shaquille O'Neal could have made some fire with this beat. Meek just wants power, money and respect -- a common refrain from most people -- and he is going to get those things no matter what.

He caps off the track with his third verse with some braggadocios lines about his money and the track he just made.

Look at all these young n*ggas, drug dealers
Lookin' like we came up on the plug n*gga
Pick that f*ck that check up in the club
And then buy your b*tch a bag straight out of love n*gga
I'm talking young n*ggas, drug dealers
Swerving in the Phantom sipping mud n*gga
This the hit they love n*gga

It was rumored in April that Dreams Worth More Than Money was going to be released that month, but that rumor turned out to be inaccurate. I am sure Meek Mill doesn't mind the extra press these rumors are giving him as it is buzz he doesn't have to work for, but at the end of the day, he has to deliver a quality album to his fans. From what we have heard so far, MMG will have a great year first with Wale's The Album About Nothing and then Dreams Worth More Than Money, if it is released this year.
