One woman has become YouTube's newest viral sensation thanks to her sign language interpretation of Eminem's "Lose Yourself," which has gathered more than 3 million views in the last few weeks. Shelby Mitchusson, 24, originally posted the video as part of a job interview during September, but the clip has picked up steam just recently.

"It truly means a lot to me because this song hits home to my heart in so many ways and I hope that my passion and love are expressed through my work," she wrote in response to all of the kind feedback she's received for the clip.

Mitchusson originally posted her interpretation of "Lose Yourself" as part of her application for a job that would require working with American Sign Language (there's no word on whether she got the job or not).

If you don't know how to speak American Sign Language...don't expect to learn any new words from watching Mitchusson's video. Although we have no doubt as to thew accuracy of her translation, the speed at which Eminem delivers also requires quick delivery from her. Many in the comment section have praised her interpretation as spot-on, but perhaps more importantly for us common folk, Mitchusson's enthusiastic delivery deserves praise. We don't need to tell you that Eminem pours himself into his work emotionally, so it's appropriate that the interpreter do the same thing when delivering his message with her hands. Mitchusson rocks as anyone would at such an Eminem concert and makes intense faces to correlate with the intensity of the song. It serves as a nice reminder that speaking in ASL doesn't, and shouldn't, require a straight face.

Mitchusson has expressed interest-—in light of the success of her "Lose Yourself" clip—in creating more song translations for ASL speakers to peruse.
