If the world has been missing a little old school sexy, don't worry for much longer - Rod Stewart has a new album on the way. Today (June 23), the prolific rocker announced that his follow-up to 2013's Time will arrive this autumn in the form of his latest LP, Another Country.

Another Country will be released on Oct. 23 via Columbia Records, according to a press release. The new album will feature 12 tracks on the standard edition with three extra bonus songs on the deluxe version.

To go along with the new album announcement, Stewart released the lead single off Another Country, the fiddle-led, country influenced mid-tepmo track "Love Is." The new sound is indicative of what's to fill the tracklist on Another Country as Stewart continues to experiment with his sound at 70 years old.

"I've found that the only way to write songs is to be as personal and honest as possible," Stewart said in a statement. "And when my last album was so well-received it gave me the confidence to keep on writing, and to examine and write about different things. It also gave me the freedom to experiment with different sounds like reggae, ska and Celtic melodies."

Fans who pre-order Another Country beginning today will receive "Love Is" immediately; deluxe pre-orders will come with "In a Broken Dream."
