5 Seconds of Summer's new album Sounds Good Feels Good is well on its way to being released, and now the pop-punk four-piece gave its lead single "She's Kinda Hot" its live television debut. Last night (Aug. 16) at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, 5SOS took to the big stage and showed what its new era was going to sound like.

Surrounded by traffic an assortment of traffic equipment and signs, 5 Seconds of Summer performed their plunky, jangly new anthem with unbridled power and passion. Vocals from Calum Hood, Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Ashton Irwin had a little more snarl than usual and plenty of growling. Matching with the song's attitude of being "the kings and the queens of the new broken scene," 5 Seconds of Summer were fittingly loose in this performance, walking around the stage and crawling on the set like the rockers they are.

5 Seconds of Summer's live TV debut of "She's Kinda Hot" won't be the last time the Australians perform the new single on network television. The band is also slated to perform at Good Morning America in Central Park, New York City, on Friday (Aug. 21).

"She's Kinda Hot" is the lead single from 5 Seconds of Summer's new album Sounds Good Feels Good. Earlier this month, 5SOS announced that the follow-up to its 2014 self-titled debut will be released on Oct. 23. The band has also rolled out the new song "Fly Away" and performed "Permanent Vacation" live from the new record.
