Saturday Night Live season 41 has had the hosts for the first three episodes on lock for weeks now, but the musical guests have just been announced. Today (Sept. 1), just a month before the show's premiere date, SNL announced that Miley Cyrus, The Weeknd and Demi Lovato will be providing musical entertainment this October.

The long-running sketch comedy show will kick off on Saturday, Oct. 3, with Cyrus, who will also be hosting that night. This will mark the second time that the recent VMAs host has pulled double duty; she last did it during season 39 in 2013. Overall, this will be Cyrus' third time on the show. She previously hosted an episode during season 37 with musical guests The Strokes.

Cyrus is likely to perform new music from her surprise released album Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz, which she dropped after hosting the MTV VMAs on Sunday (Aug. 30).

Fresh off the release of his new album Beauty Behind the Madness, The Weeknd will be performing on the Oct. 10 episode, with host Amy Schumer. It will be his first time on the show.

Surprisingly, Oct. 17 will also be the first time on the show for Lovato, who will be on hand at SNL to perform new music from her fifth studio album Confident, which will be released the day before on Friday, Oct. 16. The album is currently being led by single "Cool for the Summer," though the record's title track has already found its way online.

SNL will premiere on Oct. 3.
