During Sunday's performance (Sept. 26) at Brazil's Rock in Rio Festival, things got a little too intimate when Katy Perry invited an excited fan named Rayane to the stage. The pop star was surprised with kisses on the neck and arms wrapped tightly around her body as the fan slurred most words and gave the "Firework" singer fairly awkward greeting.

Perry diffused the situation with humor. "Come here, baby girl," Perry says in the clip, luring Rayane from the audience to the stage. After finding her way to Perry, Rayane showcased a mesmerized, glazed-over look on her face as she began to give the singer an abundance of kisses and embraces. Celebrities are used to crazed fans so naturally, Perry tackled the encounter with flying colors, joking that she thinks Rayane was "rolling" and calling her "Hay-ay-ay." She asked the Brazilian fan to translate English words like "hello," "pizza," and "kisses" to Portuguese, eventually taking a few selfies with the KatyCat.

Rayane took to twitter to post her Perry selfies along with a shoutout that said "Thank you bb, I love u so much #ROCKINRIO." The "Dark Horse" singer didn't make any further comment on the incident but posted her own photo, recapping the night with a caption of "Me possessed by the super moon and 100k people in the audience tonight giving me life!"

Just last month, Perry detailed the concert DVD The Prismatic World Tour Live, which follows her Decemeber 2014 string of gigs in Australia where she tackled six shoes at the Allphones Arena. The 20-track set which boasted fan-favorite like "Dark Horse," "I Kissed A Girl" and "Roar," is slated for release of DVD, Blu-Ray and digital download formats on Oct. 30.

The pop sensation's world tour will continue to span a total of 151 performances over 18 months will come to an end in Costa Rica on Oct. 18.
