Taylor Swift's 1989 "Bad Blood" has been surrounded by rumors that it's actually about her fellow pop star (and reported nemesis) Katy Perry ever since before it was released. And though Swift has denied these claims in recent weeks, Selena Gomez (who co-starred in the celebrity-packed music video) is once again reigniting those rumors in a new interview on Watch What Happens Live.

As is customary with WWHL guests, Gomez played the game "Plead the Fifth," where she is forced to answer two tough questions and pass on just one, and her choice of pleading the fifth wasn't too hard.

Right off the bat, WWHL host Andy Cohen asked Gomez whether or not "Bad Blood" was about Perry, telling her to "put the rumors to rest." Without hesitation, Swift's longest BFF quickly passed on the question and pled the fifth.

Though that's not really a way to dismiss any rumors, now is it?

Rumors first flew that "Bad Blood" was about Perry when Swift spoke to Rolling Stone ahead of her 1989 release, saying that the track was about a fellow pop star who she used to be friends with until she (or he) "sabotaged" a world tour by hiring the same dancers. It didn't take much digging to find out that pop star was probably Perry, whose Prism World Tour overlapped with Swift's Red Tour trek and employed some of the same staff.

Despite the evidence for Perry, Swift recently denied that the song was about another singer, instead saying that it's about an ex-boyfriend.

As for her other questions, Gomez addressed her friendship with Demi Lovato (they're fine and grew up together) and whether or not Nick Jonas is gay (spoiler alert: he's not).
