Neymar's teammate, Thomas Vermaelen, recently commented on the striker stepping into the gap left by Messi due to injury.
"I think Neymar is playing very well this season, scoring a lot of goals," the footballer explained. "We are missing Leo for the last few games, we'd rather have him on the pitch, for me he's the best in the world. But we have a lot of players, good depth and Neymar is one of them. He has stepped up and he's important, decisive for us at the moment."
