According to Variety, the film is being directed by Rawson Marshall, same director of the film that starred Jennifer Aniston, We're The Millers. Scott Stuber, Peter Principato and Paul Young are producing.
Hart has been in several comedies that have all reached top box office numbers. Films like Get Hard with Will Farrell, Ride Along with Ice Cube and his work with the Think Like A Man franchise have all displayed his comedic talent in the film industry.
Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man reached such great sucess at the box office, Steve Harvey, creator of the film, has recently set his sights on a TV adaptation of the book and film. According to Deadline, Fox network is developing a single-camera TV comedy to be executive produced by Harvery that has a similar premise to the book and film.
According to the site, the TV adaptation will focus on relationships from the perspective of four different couples: "newly married, moving in, breaking up and hooking up." Though Hart starred in both the 2012 and the 2014 films, there are no reports on whether or not he will be affilated with the TV adaptation.
