Although it seems Jaden Smith is grabbing the rapping reigns from his father, Will Smith made his musical return on Thursday Nov. 19 during the Latin Grammy Awards when the rapper performed a remix of his newest song, "Fiesta."

The 47-year-old actor stormed the stage alongside Colombian group Bomba Estereo for the full-blown stage celebrations and fiery execution of their joint single. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air's wife, Jada Pinket Smith, who wore a stunning see-through dress as well as his oldest son from his prior marriage to Sheree Zampino, Trey Smith, were in attendance to show support at the Latin Grammys.

It seems Smith's comeback to the stage isn't a quick stint, as the I Am Legend actor dropped new material for the first time in over a decade, further revealing plans to launch a summer 2016 tour alongside his pal DJ Jazzy Jeff. His most memorable hits span from 1997's Big Willie Style hits "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It," "Just the Two of Us" and "Miami" as well as the 1999 Willenium track "Wild Wild West."

DJ Jazzy Jeff recently confirmed the touring plans with Entertainment Weekly, referring to his rapping counterpart as "never lacking in ideas and content."

"I've been away doing some other stuff. Making kids and stuff. You know, it takes a little bit of your attention away," Smith joked on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show. "I'm at the beginning of this process. Shaking the rust off, knocking the dust off."

"When I was told that Will Smith wanted to collaborate on a remix with Bomba, I couldn't believe it," founder of the Colombian band Simon Mejia said in a statement. "This opportunity to work with Will was beyond anything we have dreamed of. ... It's just magic."
