Although the two have been broken up for well over a year, Nicki Minaj's ex Safaree "Stuntman" Samuels isn't done talking about his former flame. In a new interview, Samuels claims he did a good bit of ghostwriting for his superstar ex-girlfriend and revealed he received "no writing credit" for the many songs he contributed to.

In a new interview with Thisis50.com, the up-and-coming rapper talked his new mixtape, It is What it is Vol. 2 along with the pending lawsuit against Minaj, where he is rumored to be suing the Grammy-nominated rapper for his contribution on pretty much her entire catalogue of music, including massive singles such as Beyonce's "Flawless(Remix)," "Feeling Myself" and "Only."

According to Samuels, he was very much involved in the writing process when it came to any hip-hop record Minaj released.

"When it comes down to it at the end of the day, what's fair is fair. You can't do something and put it on that type of scale. I helped, and I have nothing to do with it? No, it doesn't work like that. I just gotta go after what's mine," he said.

When asked if he felt like his ex was looking to cut him out he concluded, "Oh there was no trying. I didn't get no writing credit on anything."

Despite the two having an ongoing love affair for well over a decade, it appears that love has absolutely nothing to do with the pending lawsuit and everything to do with business as the pair have been at odds for months.
