After making a splash with his contributions with Wiz Khalifa and Meghan Trainor, Charlie Puth is set to embark on a North American tour in support of his Nine Track Mind album. Nine Track Mind is slated for release on Jan. 29, followed by a two-month tour. Based on the recent success of his single, "One Call Away," his impending tour is expected to be a sell-out as well.

The tour begins in California, on to the East Coast and then will run through Canada and New Jersey.

Puth also had a widely publicized make-out session with Trainor following a performance of "Marvin Gaye" at the 2015 AMAs in late November and was interviewed several times after the fact about it. Rumors flew that the two were dating after the AMAs, which Puth promptly debunked in various publications.

In an interview with Just Jared, Puth said, "There was a lot of making out. The dancers were making out and I'm sure some of the other dancers were making out. I think that's it though."

Her further confirmed that the two were not involved romantically, saying, "We're friends and it's part of my whole vision when I made 'Marvin Gaye,' for people to hear the record and spontaneously make out with each other. That was the goal tonight for the show."
