After a world wind romance back in 2013 that resulted in a broken engagement and a 21 month year old baby boy (Baby Future), Ciara and Evol rapper Future are completely at war with one another after she filed a $15 million dollar lawsuit against her former beau for libel and slander. In a new twist of events for the former couple, some of their lawyers' email correspondence has now been leaked to the public outlining the potential cause of the pending lawsuit.

Apparently, Future's tweets from (Jan.4) may have been the straw that broke the camel's back. In legal documents filed by Ciara's counsel, Tanya Mitchell Graham, it contains email correspondence between her and Future's attorney, Ivory T. White that was made public knowledge.

In one particular email, Graham calls out Future for tweeting false information about paying $15K in child support to her client and creating a negative depiction of Ciara in effort to promote his music. In the email, Graham states to White, "Could you please explain why your client called Ms. Harris a "b*tch" on social media for the world to see today, and why he misrepresented to the world that he pays her $15K per month? Please advise. Please stop ignoring my question."

In the tweets that have since been deleted, Future shared with his two million followers on Twitter, "this b*tch got control problems." He continued, "I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture...the f*ckery for 15K a month." As a direct result of the accusations and his unwillingness to delete all the tweets at the time, in addition to other occasions according to Sandra Rose, Ciara's lawyer filed a formal lawsuit at the Superior Court of Fulton County (Atlanta, Georgia) on Jan. 21, 2016.
