Navy fans have been anticipating Rihanna’s ANTI world tour since its announcement back in November, but according to more recent reports, the “Work” singer has postponed the upcoming trek, citing production delays.

The lengthy tour, which was originally slated to kick off on Feb. 26 at San Diego's Viejas Arena, will now begin in Jacksonville, Florida on March 12. According to Billboard, 8 of Rihanna’s North American shows have been rescheduled.

Aside from San Diego, stops in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, New Orleans and Oakland and San Jose, California have also been rearranged on the schedule. A source in San Jose reportedly told Billboard that the second show on the tour, set for Feb. 28 at the SAP Center, was moved to May 8. Because of production problems, the show would not have been ready in time.

The announcement comes just days after Rihanna's cancelled Grammys performance on Monday (Feb. 15) night. Since then, conflicting stories have hit the Net regarding her reasoning for cancellation. It was initially reported that she backed out, following doctor's orders and a bout with bronchitis. It was later revealed that the "Kiss It Better" songstress may have had an emotional meltdown during a rehearsal for the show. She was reportedly upset with the production and stormed out.

The tour is in support of Rihanna's eighth studio album, which bears the same name. She will be joined by Travi$ Scott for her North American leg while Big Sean and The Weeknd will join her for the European stint, which will start on June 11 in Amsterdam. No changes have been announced for that part of the tour.
