Skrillex and Vic Mensa have released the music video for their collaboration "No Chill." The video follows the two artists as they explore the Tokyo underground, which is dubbed by the narrator as the land of "no chill."

The opening two minutes of the video are narrated in Japanese by a woman who explains her journey to exploring the Tokyo underground with its creative, artsy people. It shows a little bit of those people and the places they frequent, mixed with a short clip of Skrillex at Ultra Music Festival Japan.

This is the underworld of Tokyo. No rules, all about self-expression," explains the narrator.

Then at two minutes the bombastic track kicks in with its booming horns and Mensa's smooth raps. The pair head all around Tokyo, into the flashy and lit arcades and dark streets. They explore various locations around Tokyo like 354 Club, Robot Restaurant, Rockoholic Music Bar, Trump Room, Izumi Garden and Shinano-cho Tunnel. Tattooed individuals are seen throughout the video as a way of the self-expression found in the Tokyo underground.

When Mensa isn't rapping and Skrillex adding in his own Allen Iverson-inspired shouts of "practice, what the f*ck is practice?" then they are generally wearing surgical masks.

The video was directed by Collin Tilley, who has worked with other rappers like Nicki Minaj, Chance The Rapper and Kendrick Lamar.

The video comes nine months after Skrillex, Vic Mensa and Jahlil Beats released the single in July 2015 through Apple Music. Once again they team up with the giant to unveil the video.
