Rumors now suggest that rapper Drake's highly-anticipated new album Views from the 6 will officially hit ariwaves sometime in April (2016). According to longtime producer Noah "40" Shebib, the Toronto emcee is just finishing up things now.

UPDATE: Drake Instagram Tease, Meek Mill & Charlamagne Ignore 'Views From The 6' April 2016 Debut

In a recent interview with ecumenicalnews.com, 32-year-old Shebib insists that "we're getting very, very close." He then explains:

"The time will come when Drake's ready to pull the trigger, but for us it's just a balance of finding that space to make such a project that's based around our city, and then also we come out here and escape some of the harsh winter and find a good creative space."

Drizzy's fourth studio record will feature a slew of big-name artists including Beyonce and Willow Smith. The YMCMB superstar recently told The Verge, "I'll give you a date later on, just know that we're working. We're working." Fans were ecstatic with the first single debut, "Summer Sixteen." However, outspoken radio host Charlamagne Tha God was not so impressed.

Charlamagne responded to these specific lyrics blasting Jay-Z and Kanye West:

"I understand what he's saying, but you gotta understand how that could be taken... You could be taking a light shot at Jay. You should aspire to be on that level, but you're never going to be Jay. Nobody is... It's like relax, yo. You've never made a 'College Dropout.' You've never made a 'Late Registration.' You've never even gotten a Kardashian pregnant" (via VladTV):

"I used to wanna be on Roc-A-Fella then I turned into Jay / Now I got a house in LA, now I got a bigger pool than Ye / And look man, Ye's pool is nice, mine's just bigger's what I'm saying."

Will Rihanna's ex premiere another epic diss track next month?
