JoJo is on her way to making a major comeback, and she's not only leading the way with her own mixtapes but with a sparkling new take on Zayn Malik's "Pillowtalk." During a recent show on her I Am JoJo Tour in London, the "Leave (Get Out)" singer showed off her pop-rock edge with a cover of one of England's very own pop stars.

"London, I've been waiting this tour to perform this song for you. London's own, U.K.'s own," JoJo said before launching into the sultry R&B jam from the very English Zayn.

While Zayn's original "Pillowtalk" is a smoky, sexually-charged single, JoJo's take feels a little bit more intimate, emphasizing the inherent romanticism that lurks beneath any sort of hot new relationship. She also added in a little bit of a rock edge to the Mind of Mine cut, with a soaring guitar single in the last third of the track. And the cover sounds just a bit like paradise. And, of course, JoJo nails the high notes just as good - if not better - than Zayn himself. Her stunning runs didn't hurt the cover, either.

Zayn's debut solo album, which features "Pillowtalk" as its lead single, is set to be released on Friday, March 25.

Meanwhile, JoJo wrapped up her I Am JoJo Tour with this London show earlier this month after extensively touring North America and Europe. She is set to release her new album with Atlantic Records later this year. It will be her first studio album in 10 years.
