Things are getting pretty ugly real fast between family members on the new VH1 reality show, Family Therapy; especially between former Roc-A-Fella records executive, Dame Dash, and his two brothers.

The VH1 series with Dr. Jenn is designed to be a comfortable environment that allows family to hash out their differences while the cameras are rolling. The show aired its first episode on March 16, and aired its latest, episode 3, on March 30. During the show, Dash and his two brothers, Bobby and Jeremy, confront a longstanding issue of lack of communication and disrespect between them.

As reported by the VH1 site, when participating in a family exercise about "power," things went left quickly, resulting in Dash referring to his 34-year-old brother Jeremy as "a boy" and not a man.

Jeremy explained to Dr. Jenn that he only speaks to his brother Bobby and he and Dash haven't spoken in years. He also addressed his issue with Dash being involved in the many films and not involving him, even though he's an actor.

"I'm an actor for a living, that's what I do, that's my passion. How many movies have you made in your life," Jeremy asked of Dash. Out of the 20 or so films released by Dash, none of them starred Jeremy but Dash says there's a reason for that.

"I can't talk to you. You don't talk like men," Dash expressed to his brother Jeremy during the Family Therapy session. "You don't speak the way men that I'm around speak. I can't talk to a boy."

Dash, who was once the manager and business partner of Jay Z, continued to disrespect his brother during the session by revealing that he's being taken care of by his mother and also telling his brother Bobby that he would've fired him during his time working at Roc-A-Fella if they were not related.

This isn't the CEO's first time being disrespectful on a public platform. Just last year around this time, Dash completed a two hour interview with the Breakfast Club where he went on a rant about how men are supposed to act, what men should say and not say, and even insulted the show's co-host, DJ Envy, by telling him "you sound smart to somebody dumb," according to The Source.

The 2015 interview sparked the trending hashtag "#tweetlikedamedash" that continued for days The Boombox reported. One can only imagine the backlash that he will gain from his behavior on this show.

Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn airs Wednesday nights on VH1.
