Now that Taylor Swift is happily spending her time with her new boyfriend, Thor: Ragnarok star Tom Hiddleston, a lot of her fans are probably expecting her to release a breakup song about her ex-lover, Calvin Harris soon. However, it seems the Scottish D.J. has already beaten her to it by writing a song with "Love Me Again" singer, John Newman.

The upcoming track, titled "Olé," was reportedly written to reflect what Harris thinks of his relationship with Swift, according to TMZ. As noted by the celebrity news site, the D.J. allegedly believes that while he and the pop princess were still together, she was already seeing the Avengers actor.

In other words, it seems Harris thinks Swift cheated on him during the latter part of their relationship. The fact that Swift was seen kissing Hiddleston immediately after her split with Harris also fueled the cheating rumors.

Now, in what can be described as a retaliatory move, Harris has teamed up with Newman to write a song about his breakup with Swift. In an interview with Digital Spy, Newman said that the new song, which will be released on July 8 through Spotify, is a bit different from the other singles he released in the past. According to the artist, unlike his previous songs, "Olé" is more soothing and features a hint of reggae.

Newman, however, did not go into detail regarding the content of the song but TMZ claims that it was written from the fictional perspective of Hiddleston when he got involved with Swift.

Of course, since neither Newman nor Harris have explicitly stated that the song was written through the POV of the actor, it's hard to confirm if this is really true. But, based on the lyrics of the song, it seems TMZ's claim has some basis to it.

"You've hidden my name in your phone so you can call me to tell me you've been going through hell," a line in the song's lyrics read. "Left him alone and you booked in a hotel."

Another line from the track can also be connected to Hiddleston as it seems to refer to Loki, which is currently the actor's most famous on-screen name.

"Low key you won't tell none of your friends about me," the line read.

As for Swift, her fans can surely expect to see a reaction from her once the track from Harris and Newman comes out. It can either be through a statement or a new song detailing her relationship with her ex-boyfriend.
