The upcoming season of The Voice will feature a new lineup of celebrity mentors to help the teams of the coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus. These new mentors include Bette Midler, Sammy Hagar, Charlie Puth and Joan Jett.

The new mentors will help the coaches in guiding the contestants of Season 11. As noted by ET Online, Van Halen lead singer Hagar will join Levine's team while Keys will pair up with Puth, the singer of the hits "See You Again" and "One Call Away."

"Wrecking Ball" singer Cyrus, on the other hand, will work with Jett, the founder, guitarist and lead vocalist of the iconic 80s rock band The Runaways. As for Shelton, he will spend next season working with actress and singer Midler.

Yesterday, Shelton tried to tease his Twitter followers about who his mentor will be for the upcoming season of The Voice. Although the country singer tried to play a guessing game with his followers, many of them already knew that his mentor will be Midler.

As for the entertainer, she recently said that she's looking forward to closely working with Shelton on The Voice.

"I thought, 'He's really cute, he's really funny, he has a tremendous amount of personal charm, and I would like to be in his orbit, so why not?'" she told Extra. "And he writes. ... I'm a fan of his music."

The first episode of Season 11 will debut on Aug. 21 at 10:30 p.m. It is scheduled to premiere after the closing ceremony for the 2016 Summer Olympics.
