More information on Chris Brown’s accuser Baylee Curran has surfaced and his lawyer is insisting that the R&B singer is innocent.

Attorney Mark Geragos told the Los Angeles Times that no guns were discovered in the search of Brown’s house following a police standoff this past Tuesday. His house had been surrounded by officers following Curran’s claim that Brown had threatened her with a gun when she had admired a diamond necklace. Geragos also told the Times that no such jewelry was discovered.

TMZ had earlier reported that police officers had discovered drugs and “at least one gun,” when they searched the resident. Thus far, the LAPD has not released any official statements on the results of their search. They are currently reviewing footage from security cameras located on the premises. Following his arrest for suspicion of assault of a deadly weapon, Brown was released on bail for $250,000.

The information released on the model is not presenting the former Miss California Regional winner. Curran was reportedly stripped of her title July 5 and rumors are circulating as to why, although the pageant has not released an official statement on the matter.

A source who remains anonymous said to E! Online that Curran was stripped of her crown for using racial slurs, mean behavior with other contestants, and breaking her pageant contract when she allowed sensual photos to be taken of her. The model is also wanted in connection with an alleged purse-snatching at the Plaza Hotel in 2013.

Curran also reportedly sent some texts that put her motivations into question after she left the residence. One reportedly long-winded text sent to her friend Safari read, “Hey safari don’t you know this freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will be teach him a lesson I’m going to set his a** up. Lol come get me.”
