Lady Gaga has shared her support for Kanye West in a string of Twitter posts. Following heavily publicized rants during his concerts, The Life of Pablo rapper cancelled the rest of his tour and was hospitalized for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.

Gaga released three messages declaring love towards the rapper, as well as encouraging his fans to be “kind & loving” towards their idol in his time of need.

“It’s not funny to joke about anyone’s possible or not possible mental illness, this is a sensitive time for many,” she wrote. “Let’s be kind and loving.”

“While I don’t disagree with everything he does I hope the public shows compassion for @kanyewest and each other,” she further wrote. “One love. One race.”

Her final post read, “@kanyewest i support & love u brother, I see you in bravery & courage to stop this tour & take care of YOU. You are a GREAT artist.”

Prior to canceling his remaining tour dates, West went on a rant in San Jose on Thursday (Nov. 16), expressing his support for recent presidential-elect Donald Trump. His also appeared in Sacramento on Saturday night (Nov. 18) and ranted for nearly an hour on various topics, including music and politics.

During the rant, he dissed Drake, Beyonce and Jay Z, and even claimed he had hit men coming after him. He also questioned President Obama’s blackness during the rant. Live Nation issued a statement officially canceling the remaining tour dates after he failed to appear at a show in Los Angeles on Nov. 20 and West was hospitalized on Nov. 21.

It was also recently reported that West would be remaining in the hospital until next week.

TMZ reports, “Our sources say as of Wednesday morning it appeared he would stay at UCLA Medical Center until at least week’s end. We’re told some members of Kanye’s family wanted him ome for Thanksgiving and felt it would do him good, but as of yesterday, it looked improbable.”
