Paris Jackson recently revealed that she was robbed by hitchhikers in Los Angeles. The 19-year-old detailed the incident on her social media account on Friday.
Michael Jackson's Daughter Gets Robbed
Jackson said that she stopped by to help a group of hitchhikers that appeared to be drugged. Michael Jackson's daughter even dropped by a fast food chain and bought them dinner. However, the teen soon learned that the woman in the group stole her debit card.
"I gave you guys a [expletive] ride across L.A. and I do my very, very best to be the best Uber driver ever, even though I'm not a part of Uber and you steal my [expletive] dude? What the [expletive]!" said Jackson.
Paris Jackson Helps Puerto Rico
This was not the first time that Jackson helped those who were in need. In October, she also distributed supplies to families in Puerto Rico that were affected by the hurricane. She shared her experience on Instagram and said that she was very happy that she got to help some kids.
Paris Jackson Named As Ambassador
Also in October, Jackson was named as an ambassador for Elizabeth Taylor's AIDS Foundation. She attended the foundation's awards ceremony with her brother, Prince Jackson.
"Elizabeth was a real badass. It's very rare that you see someone with that kind of influence really use their platform for something so important," said Jackson at that time.
Her True Calling
Initially, Jackson said that she wanted to stay out of the spotlight for as long as possible. However, it became impossible especially when she got older. Before getting involved in the acting and music industries, Jackson said that she initially wanted to become a psychologist or a nurse at a psychiatric ward.
She also said that she realized that she did not want to waste the platform that she had been given especially since she was the daughter of the late singer.
"Having the ability to go into acting and fashion world, I just figured why not use that to make my platform bigger. That way, instead of helping the world one by one with patients, I could help the masses," said Jackson.
Acting And Modeling Credentials
She currently appears on Fox's TV show Stars, and she also signed on as the new face of Calvin Klein. In the coming months, Jackson will star in her debut movie alongside Amanda Seyfried titled Gringo. She is also expected to continue her charity works.
