Diplo is confirmed to launch his own station on SiriusXM. It will be called "Diplo's Revolution."

The DJ-producer will hand-curate his channel's lineup of songs from various genres. Diplo will also be hosting the shows on "Diplo's Revolution" alongside Dillon Francis, Major Lazer, Jillionaire, and Walshy Fire.

"Diplo's Revolution" will be launched on March 22 at 9 p.m. EST. The exclusive SiriusXM event will be streamed live from the Faena Theater in Miami Beach, Florida.

Diplo's Statement About His Station

Diplo released a statement regarding his upcoming venture and said that he cannot wait for his station to be launched.

"Back in 2012, I had a show with them called 'Blow Your Head,' and it's awesome to be back in the family launching this project together. I'm excited to share my favorite music from all over the world, and can't wait to have friends on to do the same," said Diplo.

Diplo will be hosting two recurring shows on his channel, namely "Records on Records" and "Diplo's Wavelength." The former is a weekly dance music program that will air every Friday at 7 p.m. EST.

The latter, on the other hand, is a show featuring the cultures and music that Diplo has discovered during his tours. The new episodes of "Diplo's Wavelength" will air every first Friday of the month starting this April.

Diplo Talks About His Career

Last year, Diplo revealed that he has an extremely busy schedule. Even though he spends 150 days a year in the studio, Diplo does not really mind as long as he can make his fans happy.

"When I moved to L.A., I tried to write pop records, but to be honest I did not know how to do it. I started doing my thing and building my brand. In the end it was successful, but in my own way. I realized that if you are completely independent, you have more power," said Diplo.
