XXXTentacion fires back at the woman who filed a lawsuit against him. The rapper is suing the complainant for fraud and defamation.

The court documents obtained by TMZ revealed that Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy aka XXXTentacion reached out to the woman after a video of him hitting her on the head surfaced online. The woman's grandparents responded to Onfroy and asked him to give them $300,000 in exchange for their silence.

The rapper's affidavit also claimed that he did not strike the woman on the head. Rather, he just tapped the back of her skull. After the video of the altercation went viral, the alleged woman in the clip released a statement.

"For those who are questioning why I didn't come forth earlier was because I was terrified for my life," said the woman.

Onfroy's lawyers argued that the woman did not come forward immediately because the video was posed and in jest. They also reiterated that the altercation took place in 2013 and not recently.

XXXTentacion Awaits Trial

Other than his recent filing, the "Everybody Dies in their Nightmares" singer is also awaiting the start of his trial for allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend two years ago. At that time, he was arrested and charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering.

In her testimony, the rapper's ex-girlfriend claimed that she was abused almost every day since she moved in with him to Orlando.

"I'm, like, scared. It's, like, he's going to, like, end up killing me or something," said the victim.

XXXTentacion Slams Drake

Last year, the rapper made headlines for dismissing the fact that Drake is a rapper. Drake is not a man, he added.

"I think he's a b****, that's a b**** move. Especially when I was in jail facing life. If Drake woulda come to my bond hearing, that would've made my f****** day," said XXXTentacion.
