Courtney Love is teaming up with Rockin'1000span, the Italian Foo Fighters supergroup. They are set to perform That's Live 2018 event on July 21.

Love will be singing classic songs with the supergroup, and they will be assisted by her band, Hole. Tickets for the show at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy are now available.

Rockin'1000 gained prominence in 2015 after the band of musicians had created a video in a bid to have Foo Fighters perform in Cesena. The American rock band from Seattle, Washington, responded to the group's plea by actually performing a gig in their hometown.

Courtney Love, Dave Navarro's Collaboration

Months before Love and Rockin'1000's performance, the 53-year-old singer collaborated with Dave Navarro on Velvet Underground's song "I'm Waiting for the Man." The two artists sang at the Above Ground benefit concert on Monday night in Los Angeles.

This is not the first time that Love and Navarro collaborated on the same song. In 2013, the two artists also sang "I'm Waiting for the Man." Navarro and Billy Morrison organized the Above Ground benefit concert. Other artists that participated in the show are Billy Idol, Corey Taylor, and Jesse Hughes.

Kurt Cobain's Suicide

The singer married the late Kurt Cobain, the frontman of the popular rock band Nirvana. In 1994, Love shared what was like after Cobain had taken his own life.

"He killed himself in his coat. I washed the blood off it. It's not even sentimental. I just washed one of my other coats too... I used to be able to talk to Kurt more, wherever he is. But now he's really gone. I used to feel like mourning him was really selfish because it would make him feel guilty. And the best thing to do was to pray for him and show him joy," said Love.
