Drake is firing back with his own diss track that targets Pusha T and Kanye West. On Friday, May 25, he released "Duppy Freestyle."

The new track was a direct response to Pusha T's "Infrared," a song that accuses the Canadian rapper of hiring ghostwriters.

To prove that he does not need anyone else's help to create a hit, he dropped "Duppy Freestyle" on the day Daytona was scheduled to be released.

Drake - Pusha T Feud

In Drake's new diss track, he calls out Pusha T and references that time West asked for help to write songs.

"So, if you rebuke me for working with someone else on a couple of Vs/ What do you really think of the n**** that's making your beats?" The 31-year-old raps. The verse also referenced the tracks "Father Stretch My Hands," "30 Hours," and "Pop Style."

Drake also mentions Pusha T's drug-dealing past in his freestyle.

"There's no malice in your heart, you're an approachable dude/ Man, you might've sold the college kids for Nikes and Mercedes/ But you act like you sold drugs for Escobar," he added.

At the end of the track, the "Nice For What" rapper told Pusha T and West that he will be sending an invoice for 20,000 copies of Daytona sold because of "Duppy Freestyle."

Drake's Alleged Ghostwriter

The issue over Drake's alleged ghostwriter actually stems way back in 2015 when Meek Mill dropped a series of tweets exposing the Billboard chart-topper. The Philadelphia-born MC said that someone else penned Drake's verse in their collaboration "R.I.C.O."

Mill directly named Quentin Miller as Drake's alleged ghostwriter. He was credited in Drake's 2015 album If You're Reading This It's Too Late

The composer from Atlanta, on a Tumblr post, denied the accusations saying that he is not and "never will be a 'ghostwriter' for Drake."

Pusha T Responds To 'Duppy Freestyle'

Despite the word war, both rappers seems to be in good, playful spirit. On Twitter, King Push directly responded to "Duppy Freestyle" by telling OVO to send an invoice to G.O.O.D. for helping sell "extra 20" copies of Daytona

On Instagram, Drake responded by posting a photo of the said invoice asking for $100,000 fee for "promotional assistance and career reviving." It does not look like the beef will be dying down any time soon.
