A ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming decides to ban rappers after Kanye West held his listening party there for Ye. The owner of the venue calls the gathering very "confusing."

Jane Golliher, the owner and operator of the Diamond Cross Ranch, said that as much as they appreciated the exposure for the business, they had trouble working with West.

Ranch Owner Struggled With Working With Kanye West

She said that the rapper changed his mind about where he wants to hold the listening party every 30 minutes. West, later on, chose to play his songs outside, and he blasted the tracks very loudly. However, there is a local county ordinance that requires any sound played after 10 p.m. to be below 80 decibels.

Golliher also revealed that the listening party was supposed to wrap up at 10 p.m., but it did not even start at 9:30 p.m. Prior to West's arrival, the rapper's team told Golliher that the artist does whatever he likes. Golliher soon found out that they were true.

No Rappers Allowed

The ranch owner's husband even threatened to cut the power at one point if the event did not end immediately. The staff at the ranch were also asked to talk to neighboring lodges to make sure that no one will call the county officials.

Golliher declared that no rappers will be allowed to hold listening parties at the Jackson Hole. However, artists with more mellow sounds are still welcome at her ranch.

Kim Kardashian Cried Over Husband's Slavery Comments

In other news, West's wife Kim Kardashian reportedly cried over his recent comments on slavery. During a recent interview, the reality TV star was asked to share her thoughts while at the CFDA Fashion Awards.

"Did I scream about it? Did I cry about it? Did I fight about it? Yeah. [We] have different views at times," said Kardashian.

Weeks ago, West spoke to TMZ about slavery and said that he thinks it is a choice.

"When you hear about slavery for 400 years... 400 years? That sounds like a choice," said West.

Kris Jenner Defends Son-In-Law

Following his interview, West's mother-in-law Kris Jenner appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to defend him. She said that she does not think West's intentions are bad.

Jenner added that when the time is right, West will be the one to explain himself. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also said that West did not mean to hurt anyone.
