The court ordered French Montana to pay his former manager, Debra Antney, and her company Mizay Entertainment who has been pursuing the rapper since 2013.

In legal documents obtained by The Blast, Antney, former manager of the rapper, filed for a sister state judgment to make sure that the 33-year-old rapper will pay the $1,999,588.41 that was owed to her. Apparently, her former client never responded to the lawsuit.

Antney filed a lawsuit against the "Welcome to the Party" rapper for going behind her back and excluding her from various deals without paying her the agreed 20 percent management fee.

Last year, the management executive won the case in Georgia. However, she claims that she is yet to see the payment for the money that, according to the court, is owed to her.

With the new documents, she hopes to collect the payment in California. The news comes shortly after the recording artist celebrated getting a green card in an oath-taking ceremony.

On Instagram, he shared a video of himself pledging his allegiance to the stars and stripes and singing the national anthem.

Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, was born in Rabat, Morocco. His family emigrated to the United States when he was 13 years old. Despite his success in the music industry, he never forgot where he came from.

As a naturalized citizen, the Coke Boy frontman now holds a U.S. passport and can vote in the 2020 elections.

He is yet to issue a statement regarding the lawsuit.

French Montana Selling New Jersey Home

The Morocco-born artist might have a bit of cash to spare to pay for the money he owes Antney and Mizay Entertainment. The rapper recently placed his mansion in New Jersey for sale.

TMZ revealed that the 6,123 square feet property is on the market. No price tag has been divulged but, for good money, the next owners will get an outdoor pool, a basketball court, six bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms. The home, which is located in Pequannock Township, is only 25 miles away from New York City.

Montana is abandoning the spacious pad in New Jersey for Calabasas, California. Back in 2016, he acquired the former home of pop diva Selena Gomez for $3.3 million. The property was a little smaller with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The home is situated in the same suburban neighborhood where his ex-girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian, resides with her famous family.
