Arguments from Katherine Jackson that her son, pop star Michael Jackson, didn't have a drug addiction seem to be falling apart as the defense continues its stay at the stand. At the end of this week, AEG Live showed a video deposition taped in February of Michael's brother Randy Jackson discussing the pop star's drug habits

Randy claimed that the family had attempted to stage interventions at least ten times leading up to Michael's death, but the "Thriller" singer just kept isolating himself further and further.

"I wasn't afraid to say no to him. So he would really -- he would, like, get physical with me because - and I wouldn't be afraid to say no to him," Randy said. "But he's like 90 pounds, so it wouldn't do much."

He also claimed that former nanny to Michael's children, Grace Rwaramba, only hurt the rest of the family's cause. He claimed she would fill prescriptions in her name for the singer, and would slip him medication when others were around so Michael wouldn't make a scene. The testimony about Rwaramba's activity is the second interesting piece of information given on the nanny via filmed deposition. Daughter Paris Jackson claimed Rwaramba would sneak into bed with the vocalist and tell hotels that she was his wife.

Regardless, Randy's testimony ends up aiding the side of AEG Live against the Jackson family. The Jacksons are alleging that AEG was solely responsible for hiring Conrad Murray, who they claim contributed to any medical issues that Jackson may have harm, including a drug addiction. Mother Katherine claims that she never saw any sign that Michael suffered from an addiction, but Randy said during the deposition that she was "in denial."
