IAMDDB has released a slow-jam about love with "Quarantine," uploaded on her social media channels Thursday, June 4.

The track, produced by Adrian, is released ahead of her debut album set scheduled for 2021. "Quarantine" features IAMDDB's soft vocals, sharing a sexual experience through the quarantine over droning trap beats.

In a report from NME, the 24-year-old artist explained: "For all the hearts filled with love. Fear only rules your heart if you allow it, and right now is a time to embrace love instead of running from it."

"I don't trust nobody, but I wanna love on you/ If you ask me, "Marry me", nigga I say "I do"/ I don't want no drama I'ma keep the clout away from you," DDB sings on the chorus.

"LOST FiLES - Unscripted Brazil"

Just a month ago, IAMDDB uploaded her mini-documentary "LOST FiLES- Unscripted Brazil." The seven-and-a-half video released in the middle of quarantine chronicles the artist's Brazilian stay last December.

Her mini-tour showed the Portuguese-Angolan rapper attending parties and performing in front of various Portuguese-speaking crowds from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro. Vocalizing in the middle of her set, she even smoked blunt and shared drinks with fans. In the middle of her travel and performances, IAMDDB can also be seen answering questions from her limousine.

One of the questions read: "What is in your bucket list this year?" IAMDDB answered, "Island hop, get a number one, work with at least to or three American artists."

It also featured highlights from her attendance and performance at the REP 55 Festival last 2019, held at Cidade Das Artes ("City of Arts). The Brazilian cultural complex in the Southwestern part of Rio de Janeiro saw IAMDDB perform "Shade" and "Conjuring" in front of a crowd of 17,000 people.

At the backstage, she is browsing through photos, noting that: "When I have kids, I need pictures to show them how lit their Mum was." She shared that her mother had "bags and bags and bags of pictures."

I Am Diana De Brito

IAMDDB, real name Diana De Brito, was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and lived there until she was 5 or 6 years old. Her father was from Angola and played in an Afro-jazz band. She later moved with her family to Manchester/ Although the family had to move around a lot, the young DDB adapted and "became a real Mancunian." In an interview with Interview Magazine, De Brito described their "energy." She said: "We give zero f**ks and only say what we think."

Although she took voice lessons, she decided to be a musician when she was 15 years old. De Brito also portrayed Betty Rizzo in their school's production of "Grease!" She later started recording her songs during college. She also worked on projects by providing background vocals for other artists.

De Brito then spent some time with her dad in Angola, where she played on local gigs and made jazz music. When she got back to UK, she soon left university and dropped a video titled "Leaned Out." She has become IAMDDB since then.
