An arrest warrant has been issued for rapper Wiz Khalifa after he reportedly skipped out on a court date in El Paso, Texas, reports TMZ. The 26-year-old Pittsburgh native, whose real name is Cameron Thomaz, was arrested back on May 25 at El Paso International Airport for marijuana possession, and was scheduled to appear in an El Paso court Wednesday (August 6), though it appears that both he and his lawyer skipped the hearing. County Court-at-Law Judge Richard Herrera issued the warrant for Khalifa's arrest.

Khalifa was originally stopped by El Paso International Airport security back in May after he had been attempting to travel without identification, though they could have possibly just recognized him at Wiz Khalifa, the guy who released an album called Rolling Papers. Upon searching his backpack, a TSA officer discovered less than two ounces of marijuana, and placed Khalifa under arrest. While detained in an El Paso jail cell, Khalifa famously tweeted a selfie, which you can see below. He was later released on $300 bail.

Though Khalifa may have had more pressing matters to attend to on Wednesday, The Independent points out that according to his Instagram profile, he was just sitting around at home with his Amber Rose. Check out this photo that he posted yesterday:

Wiz Khalifa's next album Blacc Hollywood is set for release on Aug. 19.
