Ernesto Enrique Carralero, popularly known for his stage name ohtrapstar, has tragically passed away at the age of 23 after a shocking car accident.

According to People Magazine, the up-and-coming musician was among three victims who died after their car crashed into a property in Miami, Florida, on Wednesday morning.

The car headed west on 82nd Street when the driver lost control and crashed into a duplex. The vehicle flipped and burst into flames.

The other two victims include 23-year-old Bayle Pricilla Bucceri and 22-year-old Candido Miguel Barroso-Nodarse. (via WVSN)

A spokesman for Miami Police told the outlet that two victims were dead when authorities responded to the scene. One man survived, but he also died after being taken to a local hospital.

Authorities did not name which of the three victims initially survived.

In addition, there were five other people inside the Miami property at the time of the accident. A man and a woman in the bedroom sustained minor injuries and were also taken to a nearby hospital.

The incident felt like a nightmare for Jackner Surlin, one of the people living in the duplex, saying he woke up when the wall dropped on him while he was sleeping. Upon waking up, he immediately saw the fire. (via NBC Miami)

"And I got out of the house and I see the car that broke the wall and had the fire in it," he added.

As of this writing, police are still investigating the incident as it is unclear what caused the car crash.

Authorities believe that speed could be the factor but clarified that it's too early to make assumptions.

"we're investigating it to see if that played any role in the accident," the spokesperson added.

ohtrapstar was popularly known for his songs "1%" and "Choppa."

After his tragic death, many friends and family took to social media to pay tribute, one of which was his previous collaborator, Lil Ominous.

The rapper shared an emotional letter online, saying he never agreed with many things, especially the people that the late musician hung out with; this caused a "huge distance" between the two friends.

"But at the end i was planning on forgiving you when i get the time is right . Now your gone , i can't tell you i accept your apology," he added.
