Rapper Trouble REAL Cause of Death Revealed: Was He Murdered?

Rapper Trouble passed away yesterday after news reports have spread like wildfire all over social media.

Mariel Semonte Orr, more famously known as Trouble, died at 34 years old, his label, Def Jam Recordings, confirmed yesterday.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the children, loved ones, and fans of Trouble. A true voice for his city and an inspiration to the community he proudly represented. RIP Skoob," the label tweeted. At the time, the cause of death of the rapper was a bit blurry. But, Rockdale County Sheriff's spokesperson Jedidia Canty now clarified the real cause of death of the rapper.

Trouble REAL Cause of Death Revealed: Murder or Homicide?

Rockdale County Sheriff's spokesperson Jedidia Canty confirmed in a news conference that they have responded to a shooting at 3:00 in the morning in Atlanta, Georgia.

Upon the authorities' arrival at the scene, a black male was found on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound - which happened to be Trouble - from which he eventually died from.

Canty revealed that Trouble was shot in the chest, but no details about the cause of the altercation were revealed. The county has already identified the suspect for Trouble's murder, Jamichael Jones.

Authorities have also revealed that the suspect, who has no connection to Orr, already has a warrant of arrest as he is still not in custody.

Earlier reports say that the rapper was visiting a female friend at the scene of the crime. Police describe the dispute to be a "domestic" one, particularly noting that the suspect did know the female friend the victim had visited.

Authorities ruled out the love triangle angle on the case as the Jones did not know Orr.

As of this writing, the manhunt for Jones is ongoing, but the county has no definite leads on his whereabouts. Should Jones be captured, he would be facing cases of home invasion, felony murder, and aggravated assault.

Tributes for Trouble have poured out on social media, with Meek Mill and Gucci Mane the first ones to post.

Variety confirmed that Trouble had just finished a performance, only hours before the shooting incident. He was taken to a hospital after he was found but eventually died on the scene.
