A fan of Luke Combs received the best gift ever during the country singer's Ohio concert.

On Facebook, Addi Conely's mother praised Combs for making her daughter happy amid her health battle. The singer reportedly granted Conely's bucket list item when she met him and saw him perform live.

"He chatted with Addi and hung on her every word. He gave so much love as we listened and cried with their stories they were exchanging. This moment made time stand still. She was genuinely happy and so blown away by his kindness, honestly we all were," Conely's mother said.

Conely is reportedly diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The disease, according to the National Cancer Institute, is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow that gets worse if not treated immediately.

When Combs learned about the fan's condition, he and his team planned the best night for her by flying her and her family to Ohio. He also provided them an airport transport before meeting them in backstage.

Since Conely said "Better Together" is her favorite song, Combs brought her on stage for his performance at the concert's encore and serenaded her.

"He asked everyone to turn on their flashlights and to sing along to our girl and they did just that. It was so beautiful, we all watched while the tears streamed down our cheeks...Her smile says it all! Tonight was perfect," Conely's mother went on.

Combs also shared the video of the performance on his official Facebook page, calling the fan his new friend.

In another news, Combs and his wife Nicole welcomed their first baby together this year. They named him Tex Lawrence Combs.
