Cardi B hopped on to collaborate with GlorRilla for "Tomorrow 2," which became a successful song, joining several Spotify-curated playlists in a matter of days.

According to reports, Akbar V doubted the success of the song, tweeting, "if [chart data] ain't say it, we ain't believing the cap."

Almost as if she already knew, Cardi also went on Twitter to throw some shade back at the "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" cast: "count all the times chart data posted [you]."

The two started exchanging subtweets directed at each other, touching on various subjects, most notably their children and explicit videos of Akbar.

Twitter Beef

After a series of indirect tweets, Cardi got fed up with the internet drama and tweeted: "I don't really like the internet games... My DMs [are] open and also the streets!"

Perhaps wanting to settle the issue out of the public's eye, Cardi somehow got ahold of Akbar's number and sent her a message, because, after a handful of indirect messages, Akbar wrote "Who gave this [h*e] Cardi B my number... Gotta be one of y'all weird ass h*es?"

After a while, Akbar revealed what the "I Like It" rapper had to say, "this [h*e] text me, said I'm subtweeting for doggy treats." However, Akbar also added that her shady tweets were not directed at Cardi, and accused Cardi of misunderstanding.

Akbar also shared with fans that she will be releasing new music in October, which Cardi's fans already had an inkling of. The fans replied under Akbar's tweet, calling her out for using the 29-year-old rapper for clout. "No Cardi, no clout," a user replied. Another fan pointed out, "it's a pattern, I see. Using Cardi to promote?" Meanwhile, Cardi was having none of the drama as she tweeted, "I hate a hoe that throw rocks and hide their hands.. been subtweeting me for months and now you wanna make it about another woman as a shield. Stand on your s**t!"

Motherhood

When Cardi talked about motherhood, it was when the shady tweets became a full-on heated exchange. The "WAP" rapper accused Akbar of abandoning her children five times.

"[...] I said to myself I won't put my kids in the same hoods I was raised in let alone abandoned them... [You] had that choice to make as well not once but five times." Akbar addressed the accusations, she wrote: "I know I said bad things in the past but I literally [grew] up and learned my lesson ... no matter how someone [mentions] my kids or parenting I won't ever cross that line... I'm passed that."

And in an attempt to pivot the conversation, Akbar accused Cardi of not writing her own lyrics. "I'm 'bout [to] do something you never do [write a rap]," with a laughing and smirking emoji.

Eventually, Cardi tweeted the explicit videos of Akbar, one of which is now deleted. However, one of the videos is still up, and it shows Akbar getting beat up by another Atlanta native, reports say.

Cardi took down the explicit video as per Akbar's request, who added that her children might come across the video.

"Now my kids got to watch this again, [Cardi B]. [You] dead wrong for that uploading that [...] [You] just threw me back into anxiety."

The two haave ceased their heated exchange, ut not without a dent in their ego or two. According to reports, Nicki Minaj also stirred the pot by retweeting tweets in support of Akbar.
