The father and son, who killed PnB Rock, received charges following the rapper's devastating death.

On Thursday, a news outlet confirmed that L.A. County District Attorney George Gascón formally announced the charges given to the father and son who shot and killed the rapper.

The murderers, Freddie Lee Trone and his 17-year-old son, were charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and one count of murder each.

The minor's stepmother, Shauntel Trone, was also charged with one count of accessory after the fact following the murder.

According to new reports, Trone and his son were already in the parking lot when the rapper arrived with his girlfriend and family at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles. The 17-year-old was reportedly the one who shot PnB, while his father was waiting outside the crime scene.

One source disclosed that they attempted to get away from it by burning the vehicle they used after the killing.

As of press time, the 17-year-old and the stepmother were the only ones arrested while the father remains on the run. The two are now in custody, per Los Angeles Police Department.

The authorities also released an image of Trone and warned the public that he should be "considered armed and dangerous."

New Details Debunked Previous Theories

The confirmation that the suspects were waiting outside the restaurant before the rapper came dismissed the rumors that his girlfriend plotted his death.

For what it's worth, several artists and their fans blamed his girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, who posted a photo of their Roscoe's meal on her Instagram Stories. The post in question reportedly had a geo-tagged location.

The public also questioned why she was left unharmed and why she did not do anything to save the rapper.
