Nicki Minaj is the latest artist confirmed to perform at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, marking her first solo performance at the awards show, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The 31-year-old femcee will perform her latest single, "Anaconda," off her forthcoming album, The Pink Print, which is due out later this year.

"The VMAs is a pretty big deal so people go all out for it," Minaj said in a statement. "I am very, very excited and looking forward to the performance."

Her past VMA performances include a 2010 pre-show set and a 2012 duet with Alicia Keys for "Girl on Fire." She is also the winner of two Moonmen.

Minaj joins previously announced performers Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora Beyoncé, Maroon 5, Usher, 5 Seconds of Summer, and Ariana Grande. Additional perfomers and presenters are expected to be announced soon.

Leading the pack in nominations this year is Beyoncé with eight nods including Video of the Year and Best Female video. She will also receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
